SHIPPING

Auxxin offers to ship all cities of india
customer usually receive their orders within 7-8 working days. Customers are responsible for any customs and  duties,
once you place order it must go to the provided address at the time you place you order.
If you are unable to recieve order after three attemts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse.

RETURNS

AUXXIN, offers a guaranteed replacement only if the product recieved is damaged/defective.
order will not return if the product is used or touched due to hygene concern.
Return and exhange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer.

Conditions for Replacement or Refund

  • product received is physically damaged(you must prove this by a videoof unboxing)
  • item received is different from their description on the product detail page 
  • product received is defective.
  • if your refund/ replacemnet is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 24 working hour
